Experience advising clients regarding real estate law

Zachary Lynn has represented condominium associations, corporations, developers, and first-time home buyers since he was licensed in 2010.  The transactional aspect of his practice is fueled by a desire to see clients achieve their real estate goals and to provide the “gold touch” service on each and every transaction.

Zachary Lynn also has experience litigating disputed real estate claims, breach of contract actions, consumer fraud violations, and personal injury claims.  The diligent preparation necessary for litigation has provided experience and skills that carry over to real estate negotiations and grant an advantage in helping clients to minimize risk while pressing for maximum value.

While earning his law degree at the DePaul University College of Law, Mr. Lynn received the legal writing CALI Award for excellence in Real Estate Drafting.  Prior to law school, Mr. Lynn volunteered for the Domestic Violence Unit of the Champaign County State’s Attorney’s Office and served on the Champaign County Adult Diversion Panel reviewing first time offender’s applications to the program.

Mr. Lynn remains active in his church community, the Christian Legal Society, and Christian Businessmen’s Committee.
